National Centre of Pathology, functioning since 1979, was established by the Ministry of Health as an independent institution in 1984. The Centre is located in the major medical area of Vilnius - Santariskes, nearby Vilnius University Institute of Oncology, Santariskiu Clinics, and Children’s Hospital.
